Included in this price is the breakdown of the tables and chairs after the event concludes. This also includes working with The Harper to create a customized venue diagram prior to the event.



Includes boxing all personal items and have them ready to go at the conclusion of the event. This is not a stand alone service. It can only be added to one of our planning packages. 




Dispose of plates, flatware, drinking cups, making sure all trash is thrown away, etc. This fee will depend on the amount of cleanup needed and type of dishware being used. *Please note - The Harper will not scrape and rinse plates, flatware, and glassware. The caterer and/or client is responsible for this. Can only be added to one of our planning packages. 





If you opt for our day of coordination package, our team will run your rehearsal practice prior to your wedding day. If a coordinator needs to travel outside of a 40-mile radius to conduct a rehearsal practice we do require a $100 travel fee paid to the coordinator.
